The Challenge
Data-quality software lives in an unglamorous place: inside ERP systems, used by administrators who configure integrations and end users who just need clean contact data. The CLEAN_Data suite needed interfaces that made both audiences productive — and public-facing sites that could explain enterprise address verification to buyers.
As the company's lead UX/UI designer and developer, I owned both sides: the product interfaces and the marketing presence — while also leading graphic design and marketing campaigns. (Runner's sister company, SurveyDIG, was part of the same role — that's its own case study.)
What I Did
01 CLEAN_Data Suite Admin Panels
Admins configuring data validation and address verification across Oracle-integrated systems needed interfaces that didn't require a manual to operate.
Responsive admin experiences for the suite — configuration, data validation, and address verification workflows designed to be self-evident. Customer savings of 30% annually were attributed to the combination of seamless design and the verification technology underneath.
02 End-User Dashboards
The people whose data was being cleaned — HR teams, registrars, advancement offices — needed visibility without admin-level complexity.
End-user dashboards for the CLEAN_Data suite, designed around what each role actually needs to see and act on.
03 The Sites That Sold It
Enterprise data quality is a hard product to explain — and the primary websites and campaigns were part of my desk too.
Designed and built the company's primary websites and product landing pages — like the CLEAN_Employee page above — plus the graphic design and marketing campaigns that supported sales.
The Outcome
Five years covering the full surface of a B2B software company: product UX for admins and end users, the engineering handshake with backend teams, and the marketing design that kept the pipeline full.
